About the Book
This collection of short stories captures poignant moments from ordinary life, focusing on experiences that are deeply familiar yet often go unnoticed. With remarkable brevity and restraint, the stories explore subtle emotions, quiet struggles, and fleeting human encounters that together form the fabric of everyday existence.
Marked by simplicity, sensitivity, and narrative economy, the stories reveal the author’s keen observation of human behaviour and social realities. Rather than dramatic events, the collection draws its strength from understated situations and emotional nuances, making it a thoughtful and engaging read for those who appreciate refined literary fiction.
Published by Sahitya Akademi, this volume is well suited for readers interested in contemporary Indian short stories, translated literature, and explorations of the human condition through minimalist storytelling.
